Therapeutic Massage Sessions

Each session is customized to your needs. Whether it is a more light nurturing touch, or some deep tissue release, come step into my sanctuary and let me combine techniques of effleurage, myofascial release, and trigger point release from head to toe.

 1 hour massage (50 minutes hands on) $60
 1 1/2 hour massage (80 minutes hands on) $85

This includes Prenatal Massage

   Packages will no longer be available as of September 2018. There is a "membership" that is laid out as follows. 
    One massage a month consistently $5 less ($55 for an hour)
    Two massages a month $10 less ($50 for an hour)
    Three or more massages a month $15 less ($45)
Myofascial Release-John Barnes style
   These sessions are geared towards releasing the adhesion that accumulate in the body for whichever reason it has decided too. One session may only address one certain area, such as the neck, or IT band, due to the amount of time it may take for the fascia to release. A range of sessions is often suggested.

 Crystal Healing Sessions
Crystal healing is amazing. A brief meditation introduces an activation of your light column before assessing and balancing the Chakra System, followed by a crystal grid layout (specialized to your needs always), and different forms of energy healing. This is a great addition to the end of massage, enhancing the self-healing functions in your mind, body, and soul. 
30 minutes $30 (add onto a massage $25 upgrade)

Astrology
    Astrology is fascinating. If you have ever wondered about how the Sun, Moon, and all that is in the Sky affects your personality, then here is a way. It all boils down to energy and the fact that we simply are made of the same elements as stars. It is amazing to notice all the little patterns and how each planet acts a different way in a different constellation. Let's take an hour and discuss that energy with a snack or cup of tea. 
   All birth information must be provided 7 days before the appointed time or appointment will be cancelled.

Oracle Card Readings
 Explore where you are at with your soul and the possibilities of what may come. Cards are a great way to validate your decisions as well as look for some objective guidance with the path you chose to walk on now. Decks and spreads are picked on moments of intuitive guidance.

​Immersion Programs
    How does a few hour of self-healing, guidance, nurturing, support, and relaxation feel. Immersion Programs offers these realms of self-love  for 3 and a half hours.  Start your session with an hour and a half of discussing your Astrology chart and Oracle cards before heading to the back for a 90 minute massage and some crystal healing. Sessions can be arranged to fit an hour of Astrology with an hour of crystal healing if preferred. There is also a light snack and beverage provided. 
        This program is offered one Tuesday a month and a deposit of $85 is required. This deposit is refundable until 3 days before the appointed date. All birth information must be given 7 days before appointed time or appointment will be cancelled.
